Elite Home Sources provides hot tub moving, in-ground basketball system installation, and furniture & equipment assembly services (together, the “Services”) through our specialized divisions, primarily throughout Greater Cincinnati, Dayton, Northern Kentucky, and surrounding communities.

It does not guarantee availability and is not a confirmed appointment until it has been reviewed and accepted or finalized by Elite Home Sources. We will contact you using the information you provide to confirm, adjust, or decline a request.

Actual pricing may vary based on the scope of work, site access, existing conditions, materials, and other details confirmed before or at the time of service. Service-specific conditions — such as access requirements, utility marking, or equipment needs — may be confirmed with you before work begins.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when requesting service, including your contact information, service address, and any details relevant to completing the job safely (such as site conditions or access). Inaccurate or incomplete information may result in delays, rescheduling, or additional charges. You are responsible for providing safe, lawful access to the service location.

To cancel or reschedule a request or appointment, please contact us directly using the information below, or use any cancellation/rescheduling link provided in your appointment communications, where available.

We perform our Services with reasonable care and skill. Except as expressly stated or as required by applicable law, the Site and our Services are provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Elite Home Sources will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our Services, and our total liability for any claim relating to a Service will not exceed the amount you paid for that Service.
